Chanel Olive is a Confidence and Communication Coach, MC/Host & Media Presenter, Speaker & Moderator, and Model & Pageant Trainer based in Melbourne with aligned work across Australia and Southeast Asia.
She grew up Australian-Filipino in regional Australia in the 1990s — navigating what it meant to belong, to be seen, and to find her voice in rooms that weren't always built for her.
Her TEDx talk, Striving to Find Belonging, is a deeply personal account of the cost of trying to fit in — the striving, the self-rejection, and the eating disorder that nearly took her life.
Through four seasons — Belonging, Striving, Acceptance, and Wholeness — Chanel shares a story of survival and transformation that has resonated with audiences around the world.

Chanel built Speak and Be Seen from that journey. It is not a generic confidence course. It is the method she built from lived experience — the tools that took her from holding back to speaking on stages, hosting rooms, and helping other women do the same. Today she works across confidence coaching, MC/Host, speaking engagements, and model and pageant training — all of it connected by a single thread: helping women accept who they are, use their voice with confidence, and step into the opportunities that follow.
Through Flourish GodlyConfident, Chanel creates faith-based resources — beginning with Confidence in Christ — and offers faith-based speaking for schools, NGOs, churches, ministry gatherings, and women’s events.

Her background brings together confidence and communication coaching, MC/Host and media presenting work, keynote speaking, panel moderation, and model and pageant experience — supported by professional training in hosting, speaking, voice, TV presenting, and screen acting.
Alongside that lived and professional experience, Chanel holds formal qualifications in counselling, applied social science, ministry and pastoral leadership — giving her work a grounded, people-centred foundation across the way she communicates, teaches, hosts, and holds space.
