Speak and Be Seen was built from lived experience and practice.
It comes from my own journey of self-acceptance, learning to communicate with clarity, hosting rooms, speaking on stages and delivering my TEDx talk, Striving to Find Belonging.
I know what it feels like to be capable and still hold back.
To have something meaningful to say and question whether it will come out the right way.
To look confident on the outside while quietly wondering if you belong, if you are enough or if your voice will be understood.
Through that journey, I learned that confidence is not about performing or becoming someone else.
It is about accepting who you are, trusting your voice and learning how to communicate what you carry with clarity.
That is why Speak and Be Seen starts with confidence before communication.
Because your voice needs somewhere solid to stand.
